C E McKenzie & Associates, LLC (CEMA) provides professional services to the federal government and corporate clients in Program Management (Housing, Furnishings and Training) and Environmental Services.

CEMA is a Small Business Administration certified 8(a), disabled veteran-owned small business founded in June 2000 by Charles McKenzie, President/CEO, who has 30 years’ experience as a military housing manager and EEO Program  Management at installations in Germany, Panama, and the United States.

CEMA provides professional services for military housing and environmental programs to government and corporate clients.  CEMA strategically relies on depth of knowledge and global experience to satisfy each customer’s needs.

CEMA has contract experience managing family housing, housing referral, furnishings installations/management, centralized barracks management, and environmental programs.  These programs directly affect the quality of life for service members.
