Charles E. McKenzie, President/CEO, has over 30 years experience managing Department of Defense Housing and EEO Programs.

Adrianne Holt, Vice President (aholt@cemallc.com), has 20+ years experience working in environmental compliance in the private sector and with both state and federal government.  She is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and Commander of the 7224th Medical Services Unit.

Bert Bridges, Director (bbridges@cemallc.com),  has 28 years of military experience in managing complex Federal organizations and programs plus 6 years experience as a Director managing several diverse Federal program management contracts.

Jim Wiggins, Consultant (jwiggins@cemallc.com), has 31 years of managing Department of Defense Housing Programs.

Gia McKenzie, Office Manager (gamckenzie@cemallc.com), has worked as a magazine editor and television producer for 15 years.  She also worked in public relations for both the non-profit and business sectors.

Chiresse Richardson, Business Coordinator (crichardson@cemallc.com), has worked in the banking and hospitality industries.

Georgette McKenzie (gcmckenzie@cemallc.com) has taught early Childhood Development on the University level and managed and accredited various Department of Defense Family and Youth Services Programs for 25 years.

Charles Ross has 25+ years experience managing Human Resources Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Programs for the U.S. Government.
